Learn about laminating/Binding

We offer training in laminating & binding industry. If you are a user of these machines, you can submit us a querry form mentioning all details and requirements. We can think of arranging custom made programmes if the number of participant exceed 10. Please see few hints below in selecting a laminating pouch suitable to you....
  1. Please keep in mind that there are various thicknesses of laminating pouch film in the market. Thickness is being measured by microns.
  2. Most common thickness is 80 mic. other high thicknesses like 150 and 250 are available in small sizes. 75 and 60 are available in bigger sizes including A4.
  3. First you can try 60 mic for your work as it is less costly. This will make savings for you in both ways by price as well as electricity and temperature to be used in low thicknesses is lower.
  4. Theory here is that if it is not sticking properly together, temperature should be increased step by step and see the best. Similarly if it is getting curled temperature should be reduced to suit.
  5. If you are not satisfied with 60mic, you may try with 75mic and see. If that also is not suitable for your work, only way is that you have to think of 80mic.
  6. This way if you can do your work by 60mic, you will be a winner among others who spend much more than you for the same work.
  7. You can save a lot when you will go on for years and years with a low thickness pouch. You will save foreign exchange also for the country.
